Returns / Refunds

  • [ Returns/Refunds ]

    • Overseas shipping fee will be charged
    • Products purchased through the official BARREL website is not exchangeable for size, color or other products.
      Please return the product you purchased and repurchase it with the other product, size and color you wish to purchase.
    • We will return the defective items and misdelivery items with free of charge. If the order is out of stock, please request for a refund or purchase differenct product.
    • Used coupon for items with simple mind change will not be returned.
    • Rewards and coupons used for partial returns will not be returned.
    • Product images may different than actual items due to monitor type, resolution, and shooting conditions.
    • Even if a product is misdelivered, it cannot be returned if the product is used.
    • If a gift must be returned with the item with free from damage of the item and package.
    • If you do not enclose the free gift, you can use the prepaid courier to send it to our distribution center and we can refund the product.
    • If you cannot return the merchandise using the free reimbursement returned by the simple mind change, a refund will be made after deducting 30% of the free gift price from the refund processing amount of the requested product.
    • Additional 'cosmetics'
    • Some cosmetics may not for your particular skin, which is not a problem with the quality of the product itself. In case of trouble (allergy, red spot, itch, stinging) of some products, please attach one of the photo, a referral letter and medical confirmation.
    • If the product is misdelivered and displayed / advertised, or if it is different from the contract, the product can be returned within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, or within 30 days from the date on which it was not known or known. Served in the BARREL.

    • Returns are limited for those elastic products (tank tops, bra tops, bra pads, leggings, bikinis, bikini pants, innerwear) if damaged.
    • If tag is removed or there was a sign of removal. (E.g. tag removal, package bag damaged, package bag lost)
    • The goods are lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility. (E.g. muddy or mud contamination, damage from slides in the water park, tearing, etc.)
    • If signs of wear are found. (Ex: traces of cosmetics (powder, eyeliner, pearl, other contaminants)
    • For items that have already been washed and worn. (I cannot return the product which was washed and worn even if the product is defective.)

    • Please pack it in a box to prevent damage of the brand box.

    • If you wish to withdraw your request for a return, please contact the CS Center.

    • You can request for a return due to simple mind change within 7 days from the date of receipt.
    • The [My Page] menu can be accessed by logging in on the mobile or webpabe and select the menu on the top left and then touching the [My Page].
    • If you wish to withdraw your request for a return, please contact the CS Center.
    • If your return is delayed due to a incorrect information, the return and refund will be delayed.
    • If you return the product without requesting a return, you may not be able to check the details of the return request.

    • After you complete your return request, a refund will be issued through your credit card.
      In addition, payment fees may apply depending on the payment method you ordered.
    • Used coupon for items with simple mind change will not be returned.
    • Rewards and coupons used for partial returns will not be returned.
    • If a shipping charge is incurred, the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
